Jenson Button says, “I am the best”

Jenson Button keeps on winning
When asked by the paper Mail recently on who is the greatest auto-racing driver in history, Jensen Button without hesitation said himself.
The Brawn GP driver exclaimed, “Me, I’m the best”.
Some would interpret that as being getting a few wins too many this season into his bloated ego head, but I think otherwise.
I reckon every other F1 driver would think they’re the best, hell I would if I were a F1 driver myself.
When asked again, on his fellow Briton Lewis Hamilton, Button was more diplomatic this time round.
He added, “It doesn’t matter who wins if I don’t. I only care if I win. I’m jealous of anyone else who wins. ‘But him winning was great for the sport and good for me because I was able to get my head down without much attention and get a great car sorted out. ‘I didn’t have to worry about people writing rubbish about me because Lewis was getting it all. But he’s in a difficult situation now, the kind I’ve been in a lot before, and it’s tough for him but we’ll see what he’s really made of, and I think we’ll find he’s mentally strong, and very quick, and will come through it well.”
Indeed Button knows too well of not being regarded championship material.
Last year he finished 18th with Honda, but he had a turn-around of fortunes under Brawn GP colors.
Leading the championship currently on both fronts of individual drivers’ title and constructor, the 29 year old is at the half-way mark of the season and is a favorite to clinch both titles.
With six wins out of eight starts in Australia, Malaysia, Bahrain, Spain, Monaco and Turkey, Button is on his way as he apptly says it” “the best” in the business.
