These pictures were taken by me from Day 1 of Practice Session. As a disclaimer, I not a ‘pro’ photographer and most of the F1 cars shots are a blur and unfocus. Aside from the earlier disclaimer, I had a great time yesterday

Hi,

Did you receive any feedback about marina bay grandstand exits?

When the races were over, the exit bridge which links marina square to citi link was blocked. What would normally take 5mins became 20-30mins.

The only way out was walking 30mins under the car parks and out of pan pac hotel along road to Suntec.

Few hundred people were squeezing through a single escalator into the hotel, and then following the only street out to suntec and to the mrt.

On race day this will be worse.

Security guards did not even know how to advise the crowd at marina exit and public and tourists were shouting at the guards blocking the bridge
exit.

Something needs to be done on race day as some less abled members will have a hard time exiting.

Hi Shen

No I’ve yet to read that report. Thanks for the info, I shall look it up, read more and post some feedback on it for sg gp officials hopefully to take note

For me, I stayed around and linger around the f1 track ‘jalan-jalan’, so no problem about exiting. It was orderly. I exited via the Esplanade exit there

Hi my name is Sha. I run this Formula One fansite blog. This is not the official Singapore GP website, their link is here. My first real memories of watching TV, when I was young was recalling vivid images of my sporting heroes like Ayrton Senna. With the Singapore GP debuting in my country, I decided to setup a fun blog on F1
