It started out with user submission, then it was reduced to 44 participants where it was filtered down again to Top 20 who ‘battle’ it out on a reality TV on local network where the final top 3 only will be selected to lead the Grid Girls to the starting line on the day of the race. Well here they are … and oh yah the grand winner takes home $20,000
